TEA TIME

(1)TEA TIME is a (1) bubble tea store which is located at Walnut Street in the center of Philadelphia. Now, Valentine’s Day is coming. Our store is going to have a Valentine’s Day plan to sell a specific product or service, (2) DIY bubble tea. (3) We hope couples can spend a wonderful time in our store on Valentine’s Day, and they will give each other a special experience and unique gift. Also, we will offer some great deals, buy one and get 50% off,  on that day.

I chose DIY bubble tea to pitch because (4) couples (5) can give their partners a special experience and a unique gift as the present for Valentine’s Day. Most of them want to give their boyfriend or girlfriend the most unique gift or a special experience. Since they cannot find any other bubble tea shop has this kind of service in Philadelphia, designing a bubble tea will be a first time experience for most of them. Also, you design and make this cup of bubble tea for her or him and he or she cannot buy the same one in anywhere else in the world, it is a unique gift. Since bubble tea has various kinds of flavors, they can use these flavors to represent their hearts. Therefore, (5) providing a new special first time experience and make a unique present for each other by DIY bubble tea can be the benefit of this product or service.

       (6) I would choose SNAP selling as our sales techniques. (7) I think it is best fit TEA TIME. This is a technology world, everyone is fulfilled by various information. In order to catch the consumers’ attention, we have to use some special ways in order to show our honest. Then they will want to learn more about our products. It related to the second decision of SNAP selling. In our business area, there are a lot of drinking bars and cafe shops surround us. How can we compete with these stores? That is related to the 3rd decision of SNAP selling. We need to analyzed the pros and cons of each product and plan. Trying to look for our benefits and add value on it then providing it to the consumers. Also, we should try to keep it simple, and build strong relationship with the consumers. Seeking what the consumers needs.

(8) On Valentine’s Day, if you come to our store, you will get buy one and get one fifty percent off. (8) You can get stamps on TEA TIME reward card. When you get ten stamps on the reward card, you can get a cup of free any type of bubble tea. I think this upsells or loyalty program benefits can motivate these couples to come to our stores on Valentine’s Day. Because they are two people, they have to buy two cups of drinks. (10) Buy one and get one fifty percent off is a good deal for them. In our aspect, it can help to stimulate the sales for our store.

(9) We will hire a advertising team to make a attractive advertisement and a poster to post on some social media, and we will put them on the homepage on TEA TIME app too. In this way, our product and brand can be populated in a relevant wide range. For the social media part, some people might not know us before watching this advertisement. After watching it, they might want to have this experience. Then there will be a great chance for them to be repeat consumers. Therefore, we want to adopt these ads and posters on social media and our official app to connect this DIY bubble tea product or service.

(11) After doing this project, I learned how to use different emotions to promote my product, how to stand on the consumers’ point to think about a question, and how to analyze this market. I think they are crucial skills to sell whether a product, service, or other things. Meanwhile,  I will try my best to apply these skills in my future job in the future.
